Hi, new O'day 25 owner (and a novice)... looking to buy a wind indicator to mount to my mast... any advice? Is it hard to mount?

I just added a windex this year
I have a tap and dye set so I threaded the windex rod for the first 1/2", spun on a nut, then drilled an undersized hole in the top of the mast casting and cut threads into the hole. I screwed in the windex, then spun the nut down to lock it. A little loctite can be added for extra measure if you like.
