Advice on Price for Hunter 22 ?

Alas, I must sell my 2013 Hunter 22. I placed an ad on SAILBOAT Owners, but I am unsure of an appropriate price. Other ads seem to be all over the place in price.

These are priced higher than yours. I think it's the same boat. I saw some more in the 21K area and a few under 20 K. But none lower than you've priced yours. Dave Condon would be a good source for pricing.

First it is fiberglass, not ACP or plastic construction. I was surprised by the higher pricing but have been out of the business for 10 years. If your boat is clean you should be fine on pricing.

Have you also thought putting it on I think www.sailingtexas.com as well. Others pleas advise if this is the one to also list sailboats.
