Advice on depth transducers

I have DANAVIGATE 3200 speed/ depth instrument,not functioning,needs replacement. Can anybody help?
If not, I need to replace it with a new system,which requires enlarging the original hull holes,which I would like to avoid. Any suggestions ?

You could just leave the old transducer alone.... and purchase a "shoot thru the hull" transducer for your next depth instrument.

That's what I did. Paddle wheel spinning for no reason too.
