Hello everyone! Can you give me some idea how to fix it?
So far I'm going to drill a hole in boat ceiling and tighten it up with nut...
Any other ideas?

That should be screwed into a backing plate that has machine threads. Personally, with 3 other screws holding it, I'd leave it alone.

A: Get a larger tap and recut the threads.
B: Put some superglue in the hole and replace the screw.
C: Do nothing because the load is from the side and you have adequate support.

Something like nail glue/super glue. It is just going to keep the screw in place and keep water out.
