Ahoy fellow Sailors,...Im looking for advice on how to go about hanging a 9.4 Water Tender from davits, such as what hardware to use and where to best place it....I realize the obvious that I need to install drains to the hull sections, and I've been thinking on just sandwiching some Starboard pieces about 16" long or so to the gun whales and then through bolting some eye straps...has anyone done it this way? I dont have spreaders and my concern is that I'll fold the sides in...I have a few other ideas on how to do it, but I'll get to those later after some response maybe..TIA and Fair winds
