The compressor on my Grunert reefer gave up the ghost after 7 years of very continuous use. Pricing out parts and labor, I'm finding it might be less expensive to ditch the Grunert and replace it with an Adler Barbour CU-100 and VD-150 evaporator. Has anyone retrofitted this configuration in a H380 and where did you locate the evaporator in the freezer? I note that the dimensions of the evaporator are smaller than the 3-sided Grunert evaporator. Thanks, -David
