Additional Water Tank

I would like to put an additional water tank under the aft berth in my 331. Something in the size of 25-35 gallons. The space available is an odd shape and would probably require a custom tank. Has anyone put a water tank here? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Pat.There are available flexible tanks that will form into the space.I have not used one but have been told that they are practical. The down side is, they do leave a taste in the drinking water.John.
