Adding refrigeration to a Hunter 410

I'm getting ready to install two Inkbird controllers but I'm unsure of the wiring. I'm also uncertain about the attachment of the sensor, does it clamp to the cold plate in the same fashion as the original metal sensor? I haven't been able to find any form of a clear description of how these refrigerators function. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Should have a drawing on the back with power +/- on it, labeled connections for the sensor, and another 2 that shows a “lever” that is where you would wire your thermostat connection to the compressor controller

For my frig side i just have my my sensor hanging in the air.in the back. For my freezer i attachedat the evaporator plate, not really on it but with a plastic clamp holding the sensor.

Btw - project is easier if you get units with longer sensor wires
