adding opening ports to our Beneteau First 29

We noticed some of the larger Beneteaus have opening ports in the side fixed windows. We are trying to figure out how to get more ventilation down below, especially in the head, and were trying to find a very small opening port to install in the fixed side window.

Has anyone either replaced the fixed side windows on the smaller first series boats? Or installed a small opening port in one? We cannot find a port small enough in the first place, so thought we'd have to custom make it if we did it?

We have a 1985 Beneteau First 29. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

EDIT - SORRY, mis-read what you were trying to do!

Sure. I added two Gebo non-opening ports to the hull of my 235. I thought about doing opening ports of the same size, and might have done that if I did it again. The ventilation would have been nice. The Gebo ports are world class.
