Hello, I wonder if anyone has increased the ballast of the swing keel by drilling some holes in the bottom of the swing keel and melting some lead in it, then sealing it with epoxy. I have done it on my wooden canoe yawl to great advantage. Woudl it sail more efficiently? I also need a new mainsail. The original is getting a bit stretched out. Any suggestions?? Many Thanks Bill
