I am ready to install a holding tank on my pearson 26 (the shellyElise). Somehow this boat has gone 30+ years w/o one. I am not looking foward to this project but the boat needs to be legal. My main question is were to put the tank. I am curently looking at instaling it under the v-berth on the starboard side. On my 71' someone did not think very much when the seacock and depth tranduser was installed b/c they are very near the centerline under the v-berth. This leaves little room for the tank. Has anyone else installed on and if so were did you put the tank. Looking for all ideas and quick, my wife will not go on long voyages until she has a head. Thanks.
