add a starting battery

I have a 1987 33-2. I would like to install a dedicated starting battery with a new battery switch and Automatic Charging Relay. Has anyone done this? Where can I put the third battery?

I have a 323, have put in a Blue Seas master panel with a switch/breaker for the house and a separate switch for the staring battery. There's an emergency cross over in case the starting battery goes dead. I got an AGM starting battery so I could set it on end in the space between the engine housing and the nav table seat. There had been an alcohol tank in that space when I got the boat.
