I want to install an active solar vent for both of my original Bomar hatches. These have reinforced brackets that run inside of the plexiglass (1978 Hunter 30 Cheurbini). Has anyone installed an active solar vent of their original hatch and if so what make/model did you use? I assume the 3' is the maximum hole diameter in order to fit between the reinforcements.
