Access to stensions

I have a 1985 CS30 (Canadian Sailcraft) and the stensions are loose. I don't know how to access under the deck to put in extra backing plates. Especially behind the nav station. The wood board has no visible screws. Someone out there must know how to fix this problem. Help!
