Access to aft rail nuts/bolts

anyone ever accessed the aft rail nuts/bolts from underneath? because I can't locate an access point, my only thought (after deep meditation) is to access thru a deck plate. That is, to mount a white 4 inch deckplate (vertically) into the backrest of the rear seat nearest to the area (of the aft rail nuts/bolts) to be accessed. is that my only option?

Plexiglass / fiberglass Panels

You can reach the Rails from inside the Aft Berth. They put access panels in the liner that you can unscrew to reach the rails. Of course you'll have to dig through some foam blocks. I think panels are glued as well on some installations. The liner is thin so don't over tighten the screws.
