I have a 1980 27. The previous owners placed the muffler behind the aft engine bulkhead and in front of the steering mechanism. I need to get to it since it may be leaking. The fuel tank blocks me on the starbord side and the steering mechanism blocks me from the stern. Has anyone done this? If so, how did you get into it? Thanks!
