What Size AC would be required for a 336? 12000 BTU, 16000 BTU? Any recommendations on water pump placement, Condensor/Evap Placement, Ductwork runs? What is a reasonable cost? Should a dealer do the job?

16,000 btu on my 336
is what I have. It is not sufficient in the sunshine on a 90+ degree day. If I cover the ports (a lot to cover) it does do much better. I would say bigger would be better unlesss you have cool water and lower temps. Remember, one of the biggest factors is the cooling water temp from the sea/lake.

George, I would definitely use the 16,000btu unit. I have a 16 on my H33.5 and it does an adequate job. Make sure that you intstall ducts to each berth area and the main salon.
