Which one? Most boats have two - one close to the shore connection and the other at the panel.

Seeing as your from Down Under and from our perspective (standing on your head) having a bit of trouble locating an AC panel... Photos help us orient to your challenge.
Is the boat plugged into the shore power?
If not you may not have an AC panel let alone a circuit breaker.
If you have the typical Catalina 30, here is what one of the electrical panels looks like. Yours may be the same. May be different. AC breaker is identified.
