Just a clarification; the Air Conditioner breaker is located on the AC electric breaker panel, likely near the chart table. The Air Conditioner control box contains circuit boards, relays, etc. The control box should be located near the air conditioner condenser/compressor unit. Check to determine if you're getting AC to the control box first. If it checks out, could be anything from malfunctioning digital thermostat, circuit board, pump relay, capacitor, or water pump . Had the same problem on my cruise air unit, the water pump relay was fried; installed a new one for approximately $40 that solved the problem. Good luck.
