What’s the absolute best glue you have used for major dinghy repair - floors needs reattachment?
It’s a West Marine dinghy, not sure if it’s PVC or Hypalon.

For a repair like that, you probably have no option other than to go to a professional inflatable repair place. That puts you in the position of deciding if the inflatable is worth the cost, or it's cheaper to get a used or new one. I've owned and maintained inflatables since 1972 and never been able to successfully repair damage like that.

PolyMarine two part adhesive by far. I had the same problem with my pvc dinghy. Tried all of them and two part is superior. When you glue it up pay additional pvc material over the joint and glue that in place also to reinforce it. I just decommissioned mine after the rest of the floor gave out while the two year old repair lasted.

Thanks for the advice, bought the Polymarine PVC two-part adhesive and so far so good. Seems like a strong bond now just need to wait for summer.
