Well.. I bought a couple things on ebay..
This one came in a couple days ago, it's a H80 led mini projector (12v), new they're $40-$50, but I got mine on ebay for a grand total of $16.95 and I love it! Yeah, the picture is a little pixilated, but I find it perfectly acceptable for the boat. keep the picture small and it looks better, or fill up a wall and sit at a distance and it still looks good. I watched "Unforgiven" on it (at home) last night. If I recall correctly it draws 2amps.

I also bought a EVGA in D Tube Digital Tv Tuner, which is not much bigger than a thumb drive. I plugged it into the usb port of my laptop and it pulls in all the local tv channels, with a tv listing (14 days), and acts as a scheduled dvr too! No subscription cost. It also comes with a remote control. This thing is great. My total cost on ebay was $18

Lastly, to go along with my projector, I bought 2 Homeworx HW-50 tv tuner/pvr units.. Why two? - Well, because there is a seller on ebay selling a bunch of these right now two at a time, damaged packaging new units for less than what one would cost (usally about $35-$40). I haven't received it yet, but the reviews are very good. These also have no subscription fees and provide tv listing. They actually require only 12v to operate, however will have to open the box to bypass the built in inverter. My total w/shipping for two came to $27

So, granted, I spent a total of around $60 for all 4 pieces, which is not much less than I could have bought the tv you suggested.. But, it gave me a lot of additional options for the boat, at home, and on the road for accessing tv, all at the same time, and also essentially enabled me on demand programing (via the built-in dvrs), no matter where I'm at. Plus the Homeworx unit enables me to connect to any monitor to turn it to a tv, which in itself is considerably cheaper than buying a tv

I have the same 19" insignia, but the audio out (which I connect to an amp) has a buzz. I know it's not the wire cause if I connect my phone it is clear as a bell.
