Refrigerator/Freezer
You will need to use the largest evaporator possible to convert the box into a refrigerator and freezer. Placing the evaporator in the freezer side and using a spillover fan to push the cold air into the refrigerator is what I would suggest. You can take a different approach and put in two separate units, one for each box however this will cost a lot more. You should determine how much you are going to use the boat and if the expense is worth the usage.
