It seems to be encumbered by a significant easement for that lighthouse structure; I would rather purchase an island in the Bahamas, property taxes are cheaper..

Been past there a bunch of times -- both racing and cruising. Kind of a forboding place in terms of landing there. To us, it's essentially a nav aid.

Ouch. Maybe buying the plans to build a vacuum powered hovercraft from the back of Boy's Life would have actually been a good idea.

My wife and I agree, when we see it we're almost home. If we can't see it, it's a bit foggy. If it's bouncing on the horizon, it's a bit rough. When it's white, well we never saw it white because the boat is out of the water. :D
