12th Annual Beaver Lake Sailing Club Regatta & 5th Annual Fundraiser for Northeast Benton County Fire Dept. (NEBCO) Sept 21,2002 at Beaver Lake in NE Arkansas. Registration 9am to noon, Skippers Meeting at 12:30Pm, Race to follow. Dinner at 5pm followed by live entertainment by the Marshal Mitchell Band. This is a fund raising event to support the all volunteer fire dept that runs the fire boat on Beaver Lake. Funds are raised by Race Registration Fees, Sponsorships, and Door Prize Raffles. Is there a Beaver Lake Northeast?
We were visiting our son in Bentonville Labor Day weekend. It is a beautiful lake, though too far for me to tow my boat over those wonderful Boston Mountains. However, I found Beaver Lake in Northwest Arkansas, not Northeast. Was I just disoriented?
