We got a heads-up today from the guys at Hunter that their IT department has dialed up their spam filters... inadvertently filtering some valid email. (Their customer service address is getting approx. 4,000 emails per day, the vast majority of it garbage. IT's response is is not hard to understand.) If you recently sent an email to Hunter and haven't heard back from them in 48 hours, please give them a call at 1-800-771-5556. They're not ignoring anyone, just dealing the trials of our new digital age. ph.
