Sara Johnson, an accomplished cruiser and frequent forum user, has joined our customer service team at SailboatOwners.com. Sara, along with her husband Michael, two cats, and a new dog, are 5-year liveaboards currently residing on their Tayana 42 "Rivendell." They've cruised north to Alaska and south to Mexico, refitting their former boat, the Alberg 35 "Pelican," along the way. To keep the cruising kitty full, Sara has also worked as a software tester at Microsoft... so maybe she'll help us debug the site, too. :) Fortunately for us, she's back in Seattle for a while to give us (and you) a hand with her knowledge of sailing, boats, and associated gear. If you're a chandlery customer, you'll be talking or trading email with Sara soon. Please welcome her aboard!

Sara, I hope Phil is paying you a lot of money...

to put-up with the likes of this lot! Welcome aboard, and here's to your new job! BTW, the name 'Rivendell' sounds familiar, haven't you been in some of the sailing magazines? Best of luck, Jeff

Coincidence?

On the way home from work this afternoon, I noticed that the person doing the traffic reports on the radio here in Seattle is named Sara Johnson. Coincidence? Welcome Sara. Tim Brogan April IV C350 #68 Seattle
