Seems like they went to a little bit of extra work with the excavator. Would have made more sense to have it dig out a trench while the tide was out, and then have the crane drop it into that for when the tide came in. Or have had the crane move the boat once, reposition and then get it into deeper water. We moved a boat across our boatyard like that with 3 moves with a crane (of course a travel lift makes it that much easier.
Where was that? Some of the locals seemed to be Asian.
Seemed like a bumpy ride once in the water. I'm surprised they got through all those pilings. The tide range must be in the 6' range.
