It's in my future Ed
One reason I kept putting it off was the cost. I think the total for one side was about $150 for hardware. After attending the seminar at Boat U.S., I decided to take the plunge. I bought the parts there because they had the crimping tool lending option ($200 deposit). Afterwards, I checked the prices at www.sailnet.com, and found I would have saved about $40 (no sales tax or shipping). You have to be thinking when doing this project. Measure twice, cut once, **crimp the correct part**. Don't ask me how I know the last part of that.Next year I'll do it again, and I am sure it will make like easier when rafting up (we do that once a year) or cruising and taking a dock to port.Good sailing Ed.Ken, S/V Liberty
