There is a 1968 Cal 34 on ebay for sale for $6500 and since it is in the yard at Carrabelle, I thought I would take a look while I was there. Not toooooo bad for her age and price. An older martec folding prop. Interior seems ok. Hull in good condition with large gel coat abrasion on one side but its ok, very few blisters. I didnt look at the Atomic 4 engine but the info says it is dead. Now for the bad parts. Rub rail was off in one place and hull to deck joint needs lots of 5200 and was pop riveted (on a Cal? shock). Standing rigging seemed flimsy compared to my 28' S2 but maybe this is just on older Cals. Mast looked good. Couldnt inspect sails. Rudder seemed ok. Encapsulated keel looked good. Foredeck hatch needs replacing. I was told the yard fees are paid up. Has possibilities but I have too many other problems. Take a look on ebay
