Hi I have an odor on my boat when I run my air conditioning,how do you clean a unit ? I can just see about a half inch of the water catch tray which does have some blackish crud showing so I think this is the source of the smell.

You can buy A/C coil cleaner at Granger.com. There should be a local store near you. I also own an H41 and it wouldn't be a bad idea to clean my system also.
Make sure your water water strainer is clean - perhaps get a finer filter?
I cleaned mine the other day and all I did was directly connected my dockside hose pipe to the copper intake pipe on my ac itself and then I just let it run with it cycling straight out the side of the boat and taking all the crud with it.
