A/C system maintenance

What is the best way to burp an A/C's water input on an Oceanis B331? I thought I knew, but haven't yet been able to successfully accomplish.

Check for a bleed valve in the water line somewhere near the pump. If you have one you can open it while the pump is running until you get a consistent flow of water out of it. Then close it and the water should keep flowing through the system.

In the absence of a bleed valve , you may have to remove the water line from the air conditioner strainer and place the end of a dockside water hose into the water line to blow out any air trapped in the line. Fill the strainer with water before reassembly and that should do it. I have to close the thru Hull fitting while underway, especially sailing, to prevent loss of prime on the air conditioner water pump & lines.
