Having problems with a Marine Air 16,000 BTU unit. The problem seems to be electrical in nature. Votlmeter verified 110 volts in to the bus, verified 110 volts received at the control head, and verified 110 volts back to the unit. No fan, no compressor, nothing. Any help is appreciated.

Reset switch?
On the top of my 12K Mermaid is a difficult to see "reset" switch. It is a little metal tab that I think needs to be pulled out to reset the unit. This switch protects the unit from no or low water flow. Maybe you lost your prime somehow. I have to prime at first startup each season. I simply take the hose off of the thru-hull and pour in water while cycling the pump. You might have to bleed the air out where the hose enters the unit.
