Quick question.. I've installed an AC unit on our Catalina 30.. what I'm looking for now is the ducting part that goes from the 4" hose to the vent register.. i believe they are called register boxes. at the depot they have aluminum ones that look deadly sharp from all angles.. does anyone know where i can get a plastic version of this part to install? Seems to be hard to find.. even online..

Not sure what you're looking for, but I have two extra, brand new plastic transition boxes sized for 6" x 8" openings and with hose inlets sized for 4" ducting. You'd need appropriate grills, which I got from the sources listed above. I also two 4" round plastic damper registers in white. PM me if you're interested - you can have what you need for the cost of shipping.
