My boat lists a few degrees to starboard and I have noticed this with a few other same model boats. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

After you empty your tankage, recheck to see if it remains the same. Then I would start by moving 'fixed' balast such as batteries, genset, A/C, CNG/Propane tanks, etc....till the boat levels out. Then be mindful in the future where you stow your gear. Also don't forget to keep the ends as clear as possible. Weight forward or in the stern aids in a boat pitching(yawing)in any kind of seas.
