88 Hunter 30 Icebox Drain?

After weeks of a dry bilge, I happened to see all kinds of white nastiness down there today. I cleaned it out with a wetdry vac. We had 2 large bags of ice in the box last weekend. I was told that this version had an icebox that was tied to the sink drain thruhull. Is this not correct? Does the icebox drain into the bilge, or should I start looking for another issue?

Could the drain be rerouted to the sink thruhull?
