Great pics and what an adventure... I was wondering if you have and could post any pics of the compression post and the wiring coming through the deck. I aminterested in the disassembly of the teak surrounding the post.

Brian, just out of interest- the sole is also veneer- but it looks to have come up really well- what grit paper did you use and did you use a belt or orbital sander > I think there are MANY owners who would love to freshen up their sole but are afraid of it!
