'83 O'Day Cowl Vent Deck Plate

Just bought an '83 O'Day 28. It has a cowl vent on foredeck but I don't have the 4 in. machined metal deck plate cover to install when not on board or in foul weather.

Does anyone have one or know who the original manufacturer was?
