Taking delivery of a new to me H31 in two weeks (still in the yard for some upgrades and repairs) and need to replace the curtains that are missing. There is a track above each portlight that is about a 1/4" to 3/8" thick plastic C channel. It looks like the tracks for RVs found here ( http://www.curtain-tracks.com/appli...ecmar-3296-8-aluminum-curtain-track-8-ft.html ) but the opening is too narrow for the Recmar sliders. Are these tracks original in the Hunter 31? Does anyone have a source for hardware to hang curtains in these tracks?

Thanks!

Nope! The original curtains were folding (pleated) that attached with a button on the top & bottom.

I will try to find the link for the original ones.

Check w/ Sailrite. They have quite a bit of curtain hardware.

Had the same issue with our 82 H33. Found the slides at RV Surplus in Elkhart, In. telephone 574 262-3327. Any major RV supply business should be able to get them.

are you sure that 3042 T glide won't fit in your track as it has a very narrow neck

the neck is only .06 in wide...I've never seen one narrower

We solved the problem by installing a 'bolt rope' in the curtain and sliding that into the unit from the end. Works really well. Thanks for the info guys.
