The "manual" for the Oday 23 (your year model) is on this site. Look under the "More Fun" tab on the home page, and then under Oday Manuals and Documentation. The "manual" consists of a two-sided sheet of paper that addresses the very basics of rigging the boat and not much else. No wiring diagrams, no construction details, no specs. Hardly worth the effort of downloading. Some of the promotional material on the boat has more information. I have had my '79 O'day for three years and have learned a lot through trial and error. If you have any specific questions, I think you would do better to ask them here and get the benefit of hundreds of sailors' expertise. Welcome to the club!
