My on going struggle to get my boat in the water continues(lost title,boat sitting three years no registration or insurance cards nj. says no new title) anyway the former owner finally found the tiller under her porch. The tiller is split( need a new one) but my problem is how to install it I know that sounds stupid but I've never used or even seen one on anything bigger then a sunfish. The post comes up and there is a cap held on by two bolts, my guess is there is a piece that fits on that cap and is bolted on, but thats missing. Can anyone send a pic or tell me the setup and if there is another piece where I can get one thanks
