Had our final Race Saturday 65 degree Frost Bite. Go Figure The boat you can't see behind us is a Trip 40 HDCP 42 Hunter 45 HDCP 72 But the race was a bit of reach giving us an advantage on the water line. But the crew did excellent work you haven't lived until you see over 1,000 sq ft of sail Jibed & Tacked, at .06 oz. Glad those sails are cheap, HA Ha. Who says Hunters can't be raced succesfully. 1st place spring, 4th place summer & 2nd place fall.

I too have raced and won

We have entered into 23 races this summer. 13 firsts, 7 seconds and one third (2 we took the wrong tack and ended up 5th). Hunters can win races in PHRF racing - one of the seconds was a Major internationl event between American and Canadina boats

We use to have some guys that raced a 30 and was very succussful with it also. My old 31 won a lot of races.
