I tried to buy one two years ago and was told that they were no longer distributing in the US. Good luck.

Why do you want one? One of the members on this site in Louisianna swore by one until his boat was wrecked in a strom when it didn't hold. He now no longer recommends them. Maybe a search on the site will give you some insight.

Dave,

I believe that was Frank. I haven't seen him around in a while. He also road out Katrina with that anchor aboard his boat. Seems like anchor posts get beat to death. I would read all the great info posted by Maine Sail before buying an anchor.

I'm splashing my boat tomorrow after hauling for Irene. :dance:
