410 Owners with Y-Valves for aft head?

Does anyone have a Hunter 410 with the aft-head plumbed with a Y-valve? Ours wasn't fitted with one, and I'm considering adding it for the aft head. Where is the through hull for the direct discharge located? Any pictures would be greatly appreciated. I've looked at the manual but want to be sure before doing any cutting that the placement is proper.

No "Y" valve.

A PVC Lateral is used.

Why?

Shared with Deck pump out port.

Thanks Jim,

My thinking is having a direct pump out option (head to Y-valve then overboard or holding tank) while maintaining the ability to use the holding tank. In the event of a failed macerator, I can still use the head with a full tank.

I have a y valve on both heads to direct discharge, both are original to the boat but it also came with vacu flush systems.
It's in the aft port lazzertte where the vacuum pump/tank are located.
My boat is a 99 410.

Hunter designed our 1991 sanitation system that has worked well over the years. Simple and cost effective. No need for a wye valve. However, we do have a wye fitting that serves as an inert tank discharge choice between deck pump out or macerator overboard, but to both. A single hose from the tank discharge standpipe connects to the wye fitting. Depending on which discharge hose is used, either will empty the tank.
