Someone recently sent me a note asking about the installation of an autopilot on a 410. I forgot who it was but I now have a picture of the installation connecting to the rudder. A picture should show up here.

Yes where is the autopillot,if they need to see how a below deck autopilot is hooked up on a 36 and looks almost like a 410 but I am surprising that yours 410 looks smaller below deck room than my 36.

On my 410 the drive motor is in the pedestral under the storage box connecting the steering with a rotary mechanical drive. The computer is under the stbd aft settee
Sorry guys, did not explain things very well. A guy wanted to know how I connected the rudder reference in so that is what the picture is. The rest of my installation is as Don indicated.
