Just bought a 76 27' Catalina - very very new to sailing. Is it safe to use 409 on the fiberglass inside the cabin and on the deck? Thank you.

Yes

Use it all the time, although you'll find other cleaners more effective depending on the stain.

Simple Green

409 is good stuff, but I use Simple Green. I keep three spray bottles, one full strength, one 10:1 and one 40:1...covers everything and I only have to buy one product.
