40.5 Swim Ladder Tread Replacements

Has anyone ever found the tread material used on our swim ladders. Multiple chandlers have many brands of swim ladders, many have an identical material to what is on my swim ladder. I had damage to a rung, had it re-worked and welded but lost the plastic tread in the process. Have been unable to find anything at chandleries or online. Any one got any help on this one? Thanks
