380 Lower Spreader Height

Get yourself one of those cheap laser measuring devises. They are very accurate and you'll find lots of uses for it.

How Accurate Do You Need It

A trick could be to measure from the mark on the sail made by the spreader end to the boom and add the distance from boom to deck!Not very accurate but a guide.
