380 & 400 PERF??

Can anyone tell me what the perf is on these two..a C-38 is 112 and a C-42 is 96 but I've never seen what has been set for these?

PHRF Base ratings

A 96 for the C42, and 112 for the C38 are at the low end of the ranges for fin keel versions of these boats. So comparing apples to apples, the C380 is listed at 114, and the C400 is 102 except for Narragansett Bay which lists 99. This is from the 1999 US Sailing PHRF handicaps publication.
