Had a new countertop installed. I put in the bar faucet, sink & under counter water filter. Like the additional storage behind stove. Lid is on hinges, that was all wasted space before. More storage under shelf by reaching under the stove.

I asked a wine maker what was optimum temperature to serve red wines. His answer was, the same temperature at which it was stored during aging. Some wines do indicate in the label what the temperature should be but here in Florida ambient temperature is just about 20F to 25F degrees to high. A little chilling of a red to around mid 60s F is perhaps desirable. When they say room temperature it does not mean the room you may be in but the room where the wine was stored.
