You'll need to disconnect the shrouds - use halyards to secure the mast temporaily. Undo the turnbuckles completely, leaving the lower bottle screw in the shroud base fitting. Dig out any visible caulking/sealant from the hole visible on deck between the shroud attachment points. Remove the screws inside below the shroud base (factory are 2 small screws visible in the headliner either side of the tierod/stud) . Take some masking tape and mark the position of the stud relative to the piece it threads into. Then, using a wrench on the flat at the lower end of the tierods (stud) unscrew the stud upward (standard thread). The ball end of the stud should rise up, taking the shroud base with it.
You may need to cut away caulking here and there depending on what's been done over the years.
I did this last fall, no issues but my fittings are upgrades to the standard Beneteau but the principle is the same.

In the above image you can see the top of the stud/tierod in the hole between the shroud tangs (this is a much better setup than Bene, IMO)

Shroud base fitting removed

Turnbuckles marked with tape so as to get back to same settings.
Job complete, caulking filling the cavity above the tie rod end, and of course bedding under the shroud base fitting as well.
